FRP-CAT6 Series Industrial-Grade Network Cable: A High-Performance, High-Safety Cat6 Solution Designed for Harsh Environments

The FRP-CAT6 series network cable is specifically engineered for industrial automation, rail transit, energy and power, data centers, and various facilities in demanding environments. It delivers exceptional fire safety, stable transmission, and superior environmental adaptability. This series includes three configurations: U/UTP (unshielded), F/UTP (overall aluminum foil shield), and SF/UTP (overall aluminum foil + braided copper mesh double shield), comprehensively meeting diverse electromagnetic interference protection and shielding requirements.

The product strictly complies with international standards such as ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and ANSI/TIA-568. It has also passed a complete fire performance certification system, including circuit integrity (IEC 60331-23), flame retardancy (IEC 60332), low smoke zero halogen (IEC 60754), low corrosive gas emission, and low smoke density (IEC 61034). These certifications ensure the cable maintains critical communications and safeguards personnel safety in the event of a fire.

The core features 23AWG solid bare copper conductors, combined with HDPE+SR insulation material and precise pair twisting technology, guaranteeing excellent electrical performance. An optional mica glass tape fire barrier layer is available. The outer jacket is made of halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic or thermoset LSZH material. Specialized jacket options, such as UV-resistant, oil/hydrocarbon-resistant, and rodent/termite-resistant, can be provided as needed, allowing the cable to operate in a wide temperature range from -30°C to +75°C.

This series supports a transmission bandwidth of up to 250 MHz, with electrical parameters fully surpassing Cat6 standard requirements, ensuring high-speed, zero-error data transmission for Gigabit and beyond networks. Whether for fixed installations or mobile deployments, its optimized physical structure (minimum bend radius of 8x cable diameter during installation / 4x cable diameter during operation) provides excellent mechanical durability.
